Ingleside (now known as Stoddard Baptist Nursing Home) located at 1818 Newton Street, NW in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Designed by Thomas U. Walter in 1851, the building is an example of Italianate architecture and the oldest home in Mount Pleasant. It's listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a contributing property to the Mount Pleasant Historic District.
